In a world where we’re pulled in a million directions – Time Away invites you to step back. Slow down. Focus.
You might be doing ‘all the things’ to gain clarity- journaling, meditating, seeking counsel, making (and remaking) to-do lists, setting goals etc, but still the clarity and momentum aren’t happening.
In Time Away, we clear the decks and focus on the challenges and opportunities at hand – for a full day. There’s a magic that happens when we step away from the daily grind, put our phones down, change our environment and focus inward. Most people make more progress in a day than they had in the last six months when they give themselves the time.
To truly connect back to ourselves and what it is we want, and to fully embody the fullest versions of ourselves, we need to devote ourselves. This work doesn’t happen during a half hour calendar block. What’s true for you reveals itself in the quieter moments. This is what Time Away offers.
Whether you’re contemplating a transition, feel the dull pain of knowing more is possible, or have an idea that terrifies and magnetizes you in equal parts – the retreat series is here to walk you through it.
Together, we step away to focus on the most essential questions – what you’re going to do with your one wild and precious life. With nature as your teacher, space to hear your own wisdom, and a community full of inspiring leaders, you don’t need a week long meditation retreat. You just need to focus.
The series has three chapters that build on each other – defining your vision and goals, healing at the root of what’s been holding you back, and creating routines that make your success inevitable. Each full-day retreat is followed by a 7–8 week integration period, so you can put the work into practice, make real-life shifts, and return to the next retreat with lived experience to learn from.
On the other side of the experience, you’ll feel lighter, inspired, and more motivated than you have in years. You’ll also feel grounded with a practical game plan that tells you exactly what to do going forward.
Anything you want is possible. Time Away will show you how.
Claim your deepest desires and build the foundations you need to go after them
We’re kicking off with a roaring, morning beach bonfire and a cliffside hike to awaken your spirit and burn off the clouds that have kept you stuck.

Programmatically you’ll walk away with:
- Clarity on your desires and the spiritual lessons behind them
- The ability to discern the difference between essence and ego driven desires
- A 90-day plan aligned with your vision so you know exactly what to do the day after the retreat
- Inspiration and support from a community of fellow travelers willing to do what it takes to grow
Most people know what to do, they just can’t do it. You’ll learn how to stay resilient no matter what life throws at you.
To channel resilience, this day kicks off with a hike to the top of Mt Tam. As our hearts pound and we feel the discomfort of the climb, we’ll learn to work with our resistance and take dominion over our minds.

In the Day Two Experience, you’ll walk away with:
- An understanding and experience of emotional release writing and processing
- The self-soothing method for any trigger
- A compassion meditation practice, and the recording to go with it
- Clarity on what it really means to self soothe
No more to-do lists that just make you feel guilty. We’re creating systems, habits, and tools to make success easy.
The day begins with a fiery beach yoga session so we can move any tension that’s built up as you move towards your dreams. The crashing waves and wind blowing in your hair help to put it all in perspective.

On Day Three, You’ll Walk Away With:
- Clarity on the habits that sabotage your dreams
- The latest science on leveling up your energy
- The chance to join the 30-day habit-change challenge
- A practice for accelerating manifestation
- Celebrations, love, and commit to what’s next
